Digital Kit: Financial Aid for the Digital Transformation of Freelancers and SMEs

The Digital Kit Program is an initiative by the Government of Spain within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan
whose objective is to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions to incorporate new digital tools or modernize existing ones, such as e-commerce, automated process management, electronic invoicing, or virtual office tools and applications in order to achieve significant progress in the digital maturity of freelancers and SMEs.

The Digital Kit Program is funded by the European Union through the Next Generation EU, with a total budget of 3.067 million euros and offers grants of up to 12,000€ depending on the company’s business volume and the selected solution:

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THE GRANT?

If you meet the following requirements, the Digital Kit Program is made for you:

Be up to date with tax obligations and social security contributions.
Not be subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission that has declared the aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.
Not incur any of the prohibitions set forth in Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies Act.
Not exceed the de minimis aid limit (small amount).

HOW CAN I APPLY FOR THE DIGITAL KIT?

The steps to follow to apply for the Digital Kit are as follows:

Register on AceleraPyme
and complete the self-diagnosis test. You can also do it by phone at 900 909 001 or in person at one of the AceleraPyme offices.
Choose the solution that best suits your needs from the options listed in the Digital Kit digitalization solutions catalog.
Request your digital voucher (start date for procedures pending publication by the ministry).
Choose your digitalization agent and get in touch with them.
